Weight Management
12-week personal weight management plan
Our 12-week plan is for anyone who wants to lose excess weight sensibly and keep it off. It is aimed at people that may have tried slimming clubs and popular diets yet still struggle to keep their weight down.
What is involved?
You will meet with our dietician once a week for 12-weeks for a 30-minute appointment. Each week, our dietician will work closely with you and will address any issues you may have. Our aim is to change the way that you approach food through behavioural and lifestyle changes.
Following the 30-minute appointment, we can then offer a 30-minute programme of metabolic exercise to compliment your 12-week weight management plan. The exercise session is easy to follow and will help you to achieve great results over 12 weeks.
We provide you with all the motivation, education and support you need in order to lose your excess weight and keep it off for good. All you need to do is take the 1st step and commit yourself to the plan.
We promise as much advice as you feel you need during the plan. Non-members will have to pay extra to use the exercise facility.
