Iveridge Health Club
Iveridge Health Club was created in 2009 by Richard Hill, Yorkshire’s weight management specialist. Richard started his work in the industry in the U.S. in 1997 working in sports science. He then started his personal training business in 1999 where he set up a number of health and fitness services across West Yorkshire. He now leads the unique ‘4life’ personal training programme as well as the successful ‘BOOTCAMP EXTREME’ and ‘FunClasses’ programmes in Leeds.
Richard says,
"I want to offer people the chance to try something fun, new and innovative. People deserve a feel good experience when they exercise and they deserve to be told the truth about what really works and what is a myth.
Our clubs aim is to change the attitude of the health club member from that of 'I hate exercise and find it boring' to that of 'I can’t wait to workout and try something fun and exciting.'
