The purpose of massage therapy is to prevent, develop, maintain and rehabilitate physical function or relieve pain. Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance health and well-being. 

Massage therapy is safe and effective for stress management, but is also highly effective for various other problems.

About me

As a certified massage therapist and certified yoga practitioner, I fully believe in taking a proactive approach to health and well-being. My focus is on supporting individuals on their path to becoming and feeling the best they can in both body and mind.

In 2000, I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree and then went on to pursue massage therapy. In 2003, I obtained a Diploma of Massage Therapy and was a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists in Canada before relocating to the UK where I am now a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
