Free Zone
Our free training area includes a free weights and kettlebell section with benches as well as other functional exercise stations should you wish to exercise a little more freely at the club.
Our Reebok coreboard workout is
amazing. We have dumb-bells to 26kg as well as barbells and olympic discs to
140kg to bench press and squat, We also have a free pull-up and dip station
to work that upper body.
