Spa Garden
Major Exciting News

We are pleased to announce some developments regarding our SPA Garden proposition.
We have now given the go-ahead to the project contractors and we will be starting our initial building work over the next few weeks.
The project will take up to 20 weeks to and will be a welcome asset to our local community.
The projects sole purpose is to help people relax and de-stress with a range of holistic experiences.
The Spa Garden will house an outdoor thermal spa pool and natural firepit.
Other exciting holistic features in the SPA Garden will include a Himalayan Salt Sauna, Herbal Steam Room as well as Private Garden Pods available to hire for a day of tranquillity.
These will be coupled with Yoga, Meditation and a superfood lunch as part of our wellness plan experiences.

Everyone that registers will be offered a bespoke invitation to our opening weekends later in the year where we will be offering you the opportunity to try out our experiences before anyone else in exchange for your feedback.

We are now offering TRIBE membership for all monthly and annual members.
This package includes 2 weekly coaching sessions as well as full club and class access.
We also have a 12 months training plan dedicated to tribe members so you will never lose your motivation and you will always stay in tiptop shape
This new package works out at £97 per month making each coaching session work out at just £6 per coaching session. Our lowest coaching rate ever offered.
If you wish to upgrade your package, then please let me know which 2 weekly timeslots you’d like. There’s no contracts to this ever. Simply give us 30 days notice if you wish to downgrade again.

NEW CLASS TIMETABLE
Currently all classes are in the yoga studio although we will see some returning into the original studio later this year.
With the introduction of a new BOXFIT workout as well as another spin warrior class you can’t fail to go wrong with Iveridge this year.
Check out go team up from the 21st of February for all the latest additions.
Look out for our box fit workout that involves fun fighting fitness in the new studio at the bottom of the club.
The sessions are perfect for fitness and will teach you how to box properly when you are hitting the pads, bags and balls. Look out for these on go team up today!
You can also take part in these classes as part of the open club use so feel free to use this boxing circuit when there aren’t any classes on.

7-DAY PASSES
Don’t forget to also pick up your 7-day guest passes from reception to give out to your family and friends.
Each member is allowed to take two passes although if you need more please let us know.
ONLINE WORKOUTS
We have given you all access to our top-10 online OnDemand classes. Simply click on demand on team up.
Everyone gets access to our top 10 workouts by clicking the on demand button on go team up although if you want to bolt on online membership for £10pm, you can add this to your package. This will give you access to over 100 online workouts.
See reception if you wish to add this on to your membership.
CARDIO ROOM
We will be adjusting our cardio room so that we can make more room at the bottom for high energy classes to run.
NEW HIIT SYSTEM
