Since starting Iveridge, as a couple, we have lost 24 lbs and 16 inches. We have accomplished this by following the Iveridge Healthy Eating Plan and exercising 3-5 times a week. We have both undertaken a mix of cardio, metabolic circuit and classes.
Shara stuck to the healthy eating plan very closely for the first four weeks and is still using it as a guide. The healthy eating plan rehabilitated both our eating habits and radically changed how we eat day to day. We have learnt so much whilst being at Iveridge about how to generally look after our bodies in order to genuinely achieve results and feel good on a day to day basis. We both really look forward to working out at Iveridge.
All the staff at Iveridge have made our journey so far an incredibly enjoyable one, the staff are so friendly and supportive, you really do feel a valued member of the club. Losing my dad just before Christmas made me realise that I wasn't
getting any younger. Being in my mid 40's I had become lazy and out of
shape. So I decided to do something about my fitness, with my main goals
being fat loss and toning.
Becci, my trainer helped to get my fitness regime off to a good start and
she kept me motivated in the early days.
I was introduced to a new way of
training that really does yield results if you are willing to put in the
work.
My training consisted (and still does) of a constantly changing mix of
cardio/circuits/free weights. My diet is clean and I eat lots of fresh fruit
and veg, salad and lean meats and fish. I drink lots of water and green tea
and try to keep my carb. intake down to a sensible level.
I started out at 105KG, and I think I now weigh around 95KG. (About 25lbs
lighter) I feel great. Thanks Team IVERIDGE!!!
