Bootcamp: It’s time to achieve some real inch loss. Let us put you through your paces with a range of fun indoor and outdoor activities designed to get you into your best shape ever. So much fun, you’ll never know you are exercising!
Fat Burner: Our fat burner sessions are designed to burn fat fast by boosting your metabolic rate. A range of specific compound resistance exercises using Medicine balls, weights and fit balls will really help you to shift those excess inches and keep you in top shape.
Shake ‘n’ Shape: Using our unique vibration training platforms along with our other functional exercise techniques, we can deliver amazing results. Vibration training is a perfect way stay in great shape.
Fresh Air Fitness: Join your trainer for an outdoor exercise experience to remember. You’ll be surprised at just how much exercise you can get by using the great outdoors as your new alternative to the gym. Just remember the correct attire.
Pedal ‘n’ Pump: A unique, fun session designed to get you in great shape fast. A variety of indoor cycling drills as well as a mixture of innovative strength exercises will really help you stay on top of your game. What a workout!
Spring ‘n’ Sculpt: Join your trainer for a totally unique exercise experience. Our indoor trampoline drills coupled with a range of dumbbell sculpting exercises will help to add extra motivation to your exercise and keep you on top of your health and fitness.
Small Group Pilates for Back Care Plan - £34 non-members £26 members
This plan includes 4 sessions of specialist pilates for back care with a master pilates trainer This 4-week plan will help to improve your back strength, develop your core stability and will help get you moving around a lot easier again. Using a range of pilates based specialist exercises and a personal flexibility plan; our experienced team can really help you to feel good again. Mondays 5.30pm or 6.30pm.

Small Group Pre-Natal Yoga - £34 non-members £26 members
This plan includes 4 sessions of specialist training for ladies who are expecting but are unsure of what they are supposed to do.
Antenatal vinyasa yoga: This 4-week plan will help you become fit to drop. Using a range of specific back, core, pelvic floor and postural exercises, our experienced pre and post natal trained team can really help you to feel confident that you are doing the right thing and also help you to incorporate a sensible programme of healthy exercise and nutrition. Pre-Natal Yoga usually runs on a Thursday evening. Call reception for details.
