Personal training can be quite costly. That’s why we have introduced small group training.
You still get all the benefits and the results associated with personal training, yet the cost is shared for the appointment with a trainer.
Why do it?
Our 4-week plans are perfect for adding extra motivation and they make a refreshing change from your usual routine.
Our plans are great fun and they are extremely social. Grab a friend or two and get involved.
What will I do?
- Our small group training sessions run at different times each week for 60-minutes.
- We run our small groups in 4-week blocks at various dates throughout the year.
- Each week, our trainers will take you through a range of innovative exercise sessions.
- We can evaluate your food diary each week as well as measure you on weeks 1 & 4.
- Numbers per group are strictly limited to ensure you still get fantastic results.
- Just pick a regular time slot each week to suit you. See timetable for latest times.
